Hands down–This is so far my most favorite Anime PV this year!
An official promo video of the anime adaptation of Nio Nakatani’s yuri manga series Yagate Kimi Ni Naru was uploaded this week. Also, it is confirmed that Minako Kotobuki will be reprising her role as Nanami from the Manga PV, while Takada Yuuki (New Game!’s Suzukaze Aoba, Aikatsu!’s Kurosawa Rin) will be replacing Kanemoto Hisako as Yuu.
Just a few days before its 3rd anniversary last April, the announcement of its own anime adaptation was confirmed in the cover of this year’s Dengeki Daioh June issue.
Yagate Kimi ni Naru or Bloom Into You was first published in April 2015 in Japan and still ongoing. It is now being published in English by Seven Seas Entertainment. The manga was ranked number 3 in a Japanese poll asking which manga series that you want to be animated next. The results were revealed during the AnimeJapan 2018 weekend.
October. Just a couple of months to go. For record, the PV seemed to have catch the aesthetics of Nio Nakatani’s art. I am looking forward to this much-awaited yuri anime adaptation!
